The Art of Practice
Driven by curiosity and shaped through experience, The Art of Practice invites us to learn together, explore deeply, and cultivate a meaningful relationship with practice over time.A different kind of Yoga Retreat
The Art of Practice blends the inspiration of a retreat with the depth of an educational immersion. Throughout the week, we'll move, learn, question, explore, and connect—creating space for a richer understanding of yoga as both a discipline and a lifelong inquiry.Through daily classes, workshops, discussion, and shared experience, you'll have the opportunity to deepen your practice, expand your perspective, and spend a week immersed in a community of thoughtful and curious individuals.● Program Overview
